When you are in the thick of the moving process, you have to balance a ton of different plates. At Sarge’s Moving Services, LLC, our goal is to take some of those plates off your hands in order to make your move as easy and stress-free as possible. Part of the way we do this is through honest, affordable, and upfront pricing.
We can give you an hourly price quote when you fill out our contact form and give us a little bit of extra information about your move. This is useful to many clients who are interested in getting a basic idea of what their move might cost or to check on move date availability.
Online Estimates
The Sarge's Moving Services, LLC’s Online Estimate Form was created to make obtaining an online moving estimate as accurate and quick as possible. Our system allows clients to easily go through their home, room by room and add the items to their moving inventory list that will be moved. The form includes available move dates, detailed pick up and drop off information, as well as options for other moving services and materials that may be required for the move. Clients can access our Online Estimate by using their computer, tablet, or smartphone. This gives our clients the opportunity to give us detailed information about their move and get an exact moving price based on the items and services they will require for their move. We usually have our clients an exact estimate back within 24 hours from the time they submit their Online Estimate request.
On-Site Estimate
If you would like a more detailed and accurate estimate, Sarge's Moving Services, LLC offers an on-site moving estimate to clients that request that service. We start by conducting a free, in home estimate at a time that is convenient for each client so that we can perform a detailed inventory assessment as well as outline the exact services that client request. Our on-site moving estimate system gives each client the chance to interview us face to face. This meeting also allows us to go over in detail our moving methods, strategies and insurance options, as well as answer any questions each client might have about our services. Many of our clients will use the Online Estimate system in conjunction with our free, on-site moving estimate by requesting us to stop by after they have received an online quote in order to verify all of the information is correct and receive a hand delivered Estimated Moving Price which locks in their moving date and price.
Loading / Unloading
Sarge's Moving Services, LLC provides estimates for local area loading and unloading services. This is very useful for clients that have rented their own moving truck from Uhaul, Penske, Budget, etc. for moving into or out of the Bryan-College Station area. Some of our clients may be moving locally but just need an extra hand, this option provides them with experienced help to get the job done right. We bring our own tools such as dollies, four wheelers, and shrink wrap to each job so that we can perform that job as safely, quickly, and cost effectively as possible. We can disassemble and reassemble beds, appliances and electronics, and load or unload them with the greatest of care. We can also rent quality moving blankets to each client that is moving locally using their own rented moving truck.
Packing / Unpacking
Most of our customers have full-time jobs or are full-time students, not leaving much time to pack up your home before a move. Our experienced and professional team understands how stressful it can feel to hurriedly pack up your prized possessions, so instead, leave it to us. A day or two before your actual move, our movers will arrive with all the supplies, tools, and equipment needed to pack up your space quickly and carefully. We happily pack up everything from electronics, furniture, and fragile items to bulky items, personal affects, and common household items. We help you develop a moving plan that includes your new layout and unpacking plans, and when you’re ready, we will unpack all your items to your exact specifications.
